Ryan started his Real Estate career in December of 2013. In his first year, he received the Circle of Achievement award, an award that is extremely rare for first year agents. In 2015, Ryan more than doubled his production and was involved in 62 transactions and received the Circle of Distinction award. He has grown his business and production each year and has become one of the top realtors in the greater Athens area.
Ryan was born and bred in Athens, Georgia and is an expert of the area. He is a graduate of the 2006 class Oconee County High School. He ventured off to play Collegiate Golf at College of Charleston, where he was on the Men's Golf Team for four years. He graduated with a major in Communication Studies and a minor in Marketing.

Jim started his Athens journey at UGA in 1996. After graduating with a business degree, Atlanta beckoned and certainly provided many twists and turns from the mortgage business, to investment banking, and meeting his beautiful wife. It was not until Michaela and Jim started a family in 2010 that small town life returned to focus.
